Magnolia Manor is proud to announce that in October, 2009 we'll offer our 5th Annual Ghost Tours! This year's tours will be Friday October 16th , Saturday the 17th, and Sunday the 18th. Then again on Friday October 23rd, Saturday the 24th and on Sunday the 25th. Plus Friday October 30th and Saturday the 31st (Halloween Night!) Each night we will conduct THREE tours. The First tour at 7pm, the second at 8pm and a final tour at 9 pm. Your tour will include Magnolia Manor where you'll see The Memphis Mid-South Ghost Hunters Paranormal Investigation Group. They will be conducting an actual investigation on the tour! You'll be able to ask them questions and see the equipment they use. Plus you'll see evidence they've gathered at Magnolia Manor and other haunted sights throughout the Mid-South.

After touring the house, you'll board horse drawn wagons and take a ride through historic Bolivar to see the location of other famous haunted places! Including The Wrens Nest, The McNeal House, The Pillars, and Polk Cemetery. All hosted by tour guides and local historians.

Each tour last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours. All tours will run rain our shine! Please be aware that nearly half of your tour time will be outdoors exposed to the weather. Please dress appropriately.  Wagons are NOT covered!

Sorry, we can not hold tickets or rooms without full payment in advance . No substitutions of any kind will be allowed. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. Tours and wagon rides will proceed rain or shine. Wagons are NOT covered! Because you'll be exposed to the elements, please dress appropriately. Cameras, video cameras and audio recording devices are WELCOMED and ENCOURAGED. We do ask that if you record any evidence that you share with us.
