Magnolia Manor Bed & Breakfast will offer our 8th Annual Ghost Tours in October 2012. Our tours are designed to provide all our guests with the safest, most informative and fun tour possible. Each group is limited to 24 persons per group.  Busses will be used for transportation to keep all our guests warm, safe and dry during the ride to other sites on the tour. Tour ticket price is $20.00 per person plus tax.
Every year these tours sell out! So please purchase your tickets early to insure you can enjoy the tour in 2012. Once they're sold out, that's it until next year!

The 2012 Ghost Tours will begin with Magnolia Manor Bed & Breakfast. For more than a decade a seemingly continuous stream of both amateur and professional paranormal investigators, are still collecting evidence that Magnolia Manor is haunted! On the tour you will meet members of these teams and they will present their findings to you. This evidence includes Photographs, Video, EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena) and personal accounts.  While on the tour of the Manor you will have rare access to the entire first floor and permission to photograph, video, and record the entire time!
After touring Magnolia Manor Bed & Breakfast, you will tour Historic Bolivar, Tennessee and see the location of several other haunted sites including The Columns, The Wrens Nest, The McNeal House, Polk Cemetery and The Pillars. Your guides will give you information about these sites and tell you of the haunts that have been reported! The entire tour is about 90 minutes to 2 hours!
We encourage you to bring your camera, video/audio recorders and emf detectors. You may catch some evidence on the tour! We receive photos and EVPs from our guests every year!
